Start with
what matters to you.

Every owner brings different priorities. We want to understand yours before discussing a possible transaction.

Timing

A sale now. A plan for later.

Tell us when you would like to step back and how much flexibility you need.

Your people

Put the team in the conversation.

Discuss your hopes for staff and the pharmacy. Specific arrangements belong in the agreed terms.

Your role

Think about the handover.

Consider whether you want to stay involved for a period or work towards a full exit.

The business

Make room for the details.

Understand what information is needed and involve your own legal and financial advisers.

The selling process

A practical path
to a decision.

The details of an offer and transition depend on the pharmacy and the agreement reached.

01

Start with a conversation.

Tell us about your pharmacy and the next step you're considering.

02

Work through the details.

If there's a fit, discuss the business, your priorities and how to share information.

03

Decide what comes next.

Review the proposed path with your advisers, on terms you understand.

For the first conversation

You don't need
a folder of financials.

Start with a few details. If there is a reason to continue, we'll discuss what to share next and how.

01Your pharmacy's city or region
02Your role in the business
03The timing you have in mind
04The questions you want to ask

Please do not send patient information or financial documents through this website.

Selling, explained

A little clarity
before you begin.

Do I need to be ready to sell?

No. You can start by discussing your timing and the questions you want to work through. An enquiry does not commit you to a sale.

What should I share in the first conversation?

Your role, the pharmacy's location and what you are considering are enough to start. Please leave financial documents and patient information out of the enquiry form.

What about my team and pharmacy name?

Tell us what you want for the pharmacy and its people. Staffing, branding and transition arrangements need to be discussed and agreed as part of any transaction.

Does an enquiry set a price for my pharmacy?

No. A website enquiry is not a valuation or an offer. Any price discussion requires information about the business. Seek independent advice before making a transaction decision.

Can my adviser make the introduction?

Yes. Accountants, lawyers and other advisers can use the contact form on an owner's behalf. Please confirm that you have permission before sharing their details.

Your next step

What would a good
next chapter look like?

Start there. We'll take the conversation from that point.
