Buying & selling a pharmacy

Your next chapter
in pharmacy.

Selling a pharmacy starts with the business you own. Buying starts with the business you want to own. GRGS RX welcomes both conversations, including plans that are still taking shape.

Which conversation
is right for you?

Talk through your plans
What should a pharmacy owner share?

Owners considering a sale can start with the pharmacy's city or region, their role and preferred timing. You can discuss succession and handover plans even if you have not decided to sell. Financial documents and patient information do not belong in the website enquiry form.

What should a prospective pharmacy buyer share?

Buyers can start with their preferred location, type of pharmacy, experience and timing. GRGS RX uses the enquiry to understand the buying brief. The website does not publish pharmacies for sale or guarantee a suitable opportunity.

What if I am still deciding, or represent someone else?

You can enquire while planning further ahead. Advisers can also make an introduction with the owner's or buyer's permission. Explain your role and the questions you would like to discuss; an enquiry does not commit anyone to a transaction.

Your next step

You don't need all the answers
to start a conversation.

Tell us where you are today. We can talk about what comes next.
